The Legendary Pink Dots (LPD) are an Anglo-Dutch experimental rock band formed in London in August 1980. In 1984, the band moved to Amsterdam, playing with rotating musicians and having, as core members, singer/songwriter/keyboardist Edward Ka-Spel and keyboardist Phil Knight. As of 2012, the group is composed of Edward Ka-Spel (vocals, keyboards, songwriter), Phil Knight (keyboards, electronics), Erik Drost (guitars) and Joep Hendrickx (live sound engineer). Although outside the mainstream, LPD have released more than 40 albums, have a devoted worldwide following, and tour frequently.
Orbit Service is the long standing solo project of Colorado artist Randall Frazier. With deep ambient sound and melody punctuated by organic, measured beats and existential musings, Orbit Service creates a unique atmosphere described as "the sense of uncertainty as a powerful creative statement".
The Drood is an Electronic-Rock band from Colorado featuring Nathan Jamiel and Daniel Watts. They pull creatively from the fringes of Post-Rock, Psychedelic, Shoegaze, Industrial and more. Their music conjures an other-worldliness intensity which seeks to speak to the soul; a fascinating overlap of mysticism and skepticism, inspiration and despair.
The Drood will perform songs from their newest release Totally Comfortable™ as well as unreleased material.
